About the Beulah Lodge Rest Home
Beulah Lodge occupies a large three storey listed Victorian house, enjoying the peaceful surroundings of a quiet residential area.
The owners bought the house at auction in 1987 and began renovating it from its previous residence as a home for boys. In the same year Beulah Lodge was opened and 30 years later it has established itself as a mainstay of professional support, accommodating up to 21 people.
The home remains independently owned and run by the same family.

Quality Assurance
In order to monitor the service we provide we have a very a proactive approach. First and foremost, we believe that quality is everyone’s responsibility. This ethos runs throughout the home and we actively encourage feedback from anyone who uses our service. We have an open door policy and regularly canvass the views of our residents, their relatives and advocates, members of staff, health care professionals and governing bodies.
We also hold regular residents and staff meetings giving everyone a chance to voice any opinions, concerns or suggestions they might have about life at Beulah. This serves as an invaluable opportunity for staff and management to improve the overall quality of the home.
We also have a complaints policy and suggestions book available.
