About the Beulah Lodge Rest Home

Beulah Lodge occupies a large, beautiful, three storey Victorian house with a sizeable garden, which enjoys the peaceful surroundings of a quiet, residential area. The house was bought in 1987 and was renovated from its previous residence as a home for boys. Since the day Beulah Lodge opened its doors, it firmly established itself locally as a mainstay of professional support, care and well-being. The home, which can accommodate up to 21 people, remains independently owned and all efforts are made to maintain a caring, secure and homely environment for your loved ones.

Quality Assurance

In order to monitor the service we provide we have a very a proactive approach.  First and foremost, we believe that quality is everyone’s responsibility.  This ethos runs throughout the home and we actively encourage feedback from anyone who uses our service.  We have an open door policy and regularly canvass the views of our residents, their relatives and advocates, members of staff, health care professionals and governing bodies.

We also hold regular residents and staff meetings giving everyone a chance to voice any opinions, concerns or suggestions they might have about life at Beulah.  This serves as an invaluable opportunity for staff and management to improve the overall quality of the home.
