Every member of staff in this home seems to understand my relatives particular needs and know how to positively get the best of him, encourage him and appreciate him
The staff are amazing, they know what needs to be done and they get on with it.
Beulah Lodge has been our family owned business for over 30 years. Beulah Lodge was always part of my life growing up with my grandparents living in the home and where I would visit weekly. Before joining the management team, I worked in the legal industry for 10 years, in the City and Tunbridge Wells area. In 2007 I became Operations Manager and I subsequently completed a Leadership and Management in Care qualification. In 2011 I was appointed as the Registered Manager already being a Director of the business.
The Home and our residents are my passion and I take great pleasure in seeing our residents settle into the home and watching them flourish with all that we can offer. My ethos is that the residents are at the heart of everything we do and this is achieved through continuous reinvestment of the home and its people. I believe that quality is everyone’s responsibility. Our aim is for Beulah Lodge to be the best care home in our region putting people and their care first. I look forward to continuing to provide a high quality service together with our dedicated team of staff.
I’ve worked at Beulah Lodge since August 2012 and feel proud to be part of the Home and what it represents. Our residents are always treated with kindness and their individuality is respected and embraced. I love getting to know the residents and finding out what makes them smile so we can make their lives meaningful and happy.
